Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, or a related technical field.
2 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Experience with SQL and Python, and in solving machine learning or artificial intelligence tests involving data analytics and modeling.
Ability to take initiative and work in a changing environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical global, cross-functional groups.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders needs into program goals, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor metric deviations, and define corrective actions for deviations.
Identify, communicate, and collaborate with the related stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward goals.
