Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in managing projects or programs.
Experience in technical program management, change management, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Responsibilities

Work with global Program Management team to develop and deliver AI Automation projects from conception to implementation, manage the relationships across Engineering and Operations.
Develop processes and systems to ensure AI workflow adoption and re-engineering.
Create Operational and Product requirement documents that solve challenges through AI and Agents.
Manage resolution of project related technical issues and engage with Engineering to determine root cause and solution.
Experiment with AI self service automation technologies (ADK, AI Studio etc) to solve operational challenges.
