Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience in the delivery of telecommunications fiber, space/power, capacity infrastructure.
Experience in managing the delivery/build/implementation of long-haul dark fiber and metro fiber plants.
Experience in working with telecom vendors throughout the Asia-Pacific region with managing projects and working on carrier relations/vendor management.
Knowledge of network infrastructure and Layer 1-3 network services and technologies including dark fiber, Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM), Ethernet, and Internet Protocols (IP).

Responsibilities

Manage the lifecycle of Dark Fiber (DF) and Leased Waves (LW) from order to acceptance.
Work with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Review metrics pertaining to a program, monitor metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
Manage the delivery lifecycle. Work with Dark Fiber (DF), Leased Waves (LW), Metro Optical Fiber Networks (MOFN).
Work with Bulk Fiber, IP Outside-of-Band (IPOOB), Cross Connections (XC), Disconnections.
