Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in Program Management on technical cross-functional projects.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
3 years of industry experience managing large-scale and dynamic programs, including vendor managed resources.
Experience in project management, defining projects and executing within timelines and with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.
Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The ML, Systems, & Cloud AI (MSCA) organization at Google designs, implements, and manages the hardware, software, machine learning, and systems infrastructure for all Google services (Search, YouTube, etc.) and Google Cloud. Responsibilities

Leverage Google products, tools, and machine learning automation to enhance operational efficiency, optimize human computation micro-tasks, and drive large-scale AI improvements.
Work closely with Engineering, Product, and AI Data Infrastructure teams to align operational priorities, optimize workflows, and drive scalable solutions.
Own resource allocation, process improvements, knowledge management, and tooling launches while managing escalations and critical incidents.
Drive program execution, measure key performance indicators, mitigate risks, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning for AI Data operations.
