About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Technical Program Managers (TPgMs) to lead and execute complex, cross-functional programs in a remote capacity. You’ll be working with global teams across time zones, driving program success through alignment, execution, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive alignment and execution of strategic, high-stakes, cross-functional programs.

• Lead end-to-end program execution including risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.

• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, track progress, and provide timely program updates.

• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks.

• Improve processes and leverage metrics for transparency and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Financial & Operational Expertise:

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Strong understanding of CapEx vs OpEx and cost management principles.

• Vendor and contract management expertise.

Strategic & OKR Alignment:

• Translate business goals into clear, measurable OKRs.

• Monitor and report on performance metrics tied to strategic outcomes.

• Align program objectives with company-wide goals.

Technical & Tooling Skills:

• Proficient in tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheets, Tableau, and SQL.

• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with AppScript or automation tools.

• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud).

Qualifications:

Basic:

• 8+ years leading complex, global, cross-functional programs.

• Proven ability to build strong cross-team relationships.

Preferred:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience delivering end-to-end programs from concept to launch.

• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and dashboards.

• Skilled in managing ambiguity and working independently.
