We are looking for a Sr.
Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing team! This position requires influencing across multiple teams, businesses, and senior leaders.
The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and thinking big about how we can make the purchase experience across online retail seamless and delightful.
The ideal candidate is excited by technology, passionate about learning and should view every customer interaction as an opportunity to create an exceptional experience.
You will need to be entrepreneurial, and work in a highly collaborative environment.
You have a track record of exceptional performance and love working in a dynamic, ambiguous, fast
- paced environment in which managing multiple projects and priorities is the norm.

Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi
- million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
