Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management, Technical Program Management, and Business operations.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience delivering high-availability distributed systems.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with leading business hygiene efforts including portfolio planning, resource allocations, budget planning and tracking and operational reporting.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages, distributed systems, and highly scalable and reliable systems/cloud services.
- Experience in managing development/customizations of one or more supply chain solutions like SAP, JDA, Kinaxis etc.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of supply chain software development programs, spanning supply planning, execution, and asset management, working across numerous internal teams and external partners.
- Initiate new software development programs, identifying and delivering features that drive performance, scale, functionality, security, quality, and efficiency.
- Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs.
- Review metrics pertaining to a program, monitor metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
- Portfolio management and on-going reporting at the portfolio level.
