Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Specialist with strong experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) technologies. This role focuses on implementing automation strategies, optimizing workflows, and enhancing project efficiency through technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with process improvement skills to support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement business automation solutions to streamline AEC workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Configure and support Autodesk AEC tools to enable better collaboration, data management, and project delivery.

Analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.

Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful technology adoption.

Provide technical support, user training, and documentation for implemented solutions.

Integrate tools, templates, and standards to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.

Stay updated on emerging technologies, BIM processes, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or related field.

48 years of experience in business automation, BIM technology, or technical implementation within the AEC domain.

Hands-on experience with Autodesk AEC products such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Navisworks, or BIM workflows.

Strong understanding of project lifecycle, data workflows, and process optimization.

Familiarity with automation tools, scripting, or workflow platforms is an added advantage.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
