Key responsibilities:
Authors technical documentation such as application guides, developer guidelines, architectural blueprints and security patterns
Produces supporting documentation: operational guides, best practice guides, knowledge base articles and tutorials
Collaborates with product owners, architects, developers, and clients to collect, distil and communicate complex technical information
Uses the collaboration and documentation tools at your disposal effectively, to create and deliver documentation
Collaborates with experts in a variety of roles, to elicit, curate and produce material for consumption by others
Provides best practice and expert advice to others in creating, publishing and maintaining key material for various audiences
