Must Have:
- Proven experience in managing technical products or platforms
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and cloud-native architectures
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, business)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with AI/ML or data products
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR)
- Product certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, SAFe)
