Technical Product Analyst

We are looking for a Product Analyst who will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering, and Design to drive sprint execution, backlog readiness, and delivery tracking. This is a highly execution-focused role, ideal for someone with a CSPO / Agile mindset who ensures that product requirements are clear, prioritized, and delivered on time.

You will translate product vision into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint plans, and act as the glue between business, product, and engineering teams.

You will directly influence:

• How efficiently sprints are planned and executed
• How clearly requirements are defined for engineering
• How fast features move from idea to production
• How predictable and high-quality delivery becomes

Sprint Planning & Execution

• Prepare sprint backlogs with clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Work with Product Owners to break down epics into sprint-ready tasks
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retros

Requirement & Story Management

• Maintained detailed user stories, functional flows, and edge cases
• Maintain product documentation and Jira / backlog hygiene
• Ensure dependencies, priorities, and scope are well understood

Delivery Tracking & Coordination

• Track sprint progress, risks, and blockers
• Coordinate between engineering, QA, design, and stakeholders
• Support release planning and feature rollout readiness

Analytics & Product Insights

• Analyze usage data, sprint metrics, and delivery KPIs
• Help identify gaps, improvement areas, and optimization opportunities

• 13 years of experience in Product Analyst / Business Analyst / CSPO / Scrum Product Owner role
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, sprint rituals, and backlog management
• Experience working with Jira / Confluence or similar tools
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

• Strong execution and follow-through mindset
• Comfortable working with fast-moving engineering teams
• Process-driven with a bias for clarity and structure
