Technical Presales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

RFP & Requirement Analysis

• Analyse RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tender documents related to:

1. ISO 27001 / 22301 / 27701 implementation
2. Regulatory compliance (RBI, IRDAI, UIDAI, CERT-In, DPDP)
3. Information Security Audits
4. Risk Assessments
5. VA/PT and Red Teaming engagements

• Break down requirements into structured technical scopes.
• Identify mandatory compliance clauses and documentation requirements.

Technical Proposal Preparation

• Prepare and structure:

1. Technical proposals
2. Scope of Work (SoW)
3. Methodology documents
4. Deliverables mapping
5. Compliance matrices

• Define audit approach, assessment strategy, and reporting structure.
• Coordinate with consulting teams to validate feasibility and effort estimation.

Client Interaction & Technical Clarifications

• Participate in client discussions to clarify technical scope.
• Respond to pre-bid queries and technical clarification meetings.
• Support presentations explaining methodology, audit approach, and governance models.
• Translate client pain points into structured consulting engagements.

Documentation & Governance Alignment

• Ensure proposals align with relevant frameworks and standards.
• Support preparation of:

1. Compliance mapping sheets
2. Control traceability matrices
3. Audit checklists

• Maintain repository of past proposals, case studies, and templates.

Market & Regulatory Research

• Stay updated on:

1. Regulatory circulars
2. Cybersecurity compliance mandates
3. Audit trends across sectors (Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Government, Energy, etc.)

• Provide inputs to management on emerging compliance opportunities.

Qualifications

Education & Exprience:

• Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field.
• ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor (preferred)
• 3- 4 Years of relevant experience

Technical Understanding

• Strong knowledge of:

1. Cybersecurity governance frameworks
2. Audit methodologies
3. Risk assessment processes
4. Regulatory compliance requirements

• Understanding of documentation structure for audits and certifications.

Documentation & Communication

• Excellent proposal drafting skills.
• Strong analytical and structured writing ability.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Clear verbal communication and client interaction capability.

Note: The second and fourth Saturdays will be off. The rest of the Saturdays will be working
