Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between product, engineering, and clients. This role involves driving technical discussions, managing POCs end-to-end, and ensuring seamless integrations while delivering a strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Act as a technical advisor during the pre-sales cycle for enterprise clients
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
• Deliver product demos, solution walkthroughs, and technical presentations

POC & Integration Ownership

• Drive end-to-end Proof of Concepts (POCs) for enterprise clients
• Act as the single point of contact for all technical integration discussions
• Support clients with API integrations, SDK implementations, and troubleshooting

Technical Solutioning

• Work with APIs, SDKs, and integrations to deliver customized solutions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address client requirements
• Ensure seamless onboarding and technical enablement of customers

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align solutions
• Provide feedback from clients to improve product capabilities and offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with at least 4+ years in Pre-Sales / Sales Engineering / Client-facing roles
• Experience in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software / Payments / Mobile industry
• Strong understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JavaScript, JSON, OAuth, and SQL
• Experience driving client integrations and end-to-end POCs
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to both technical and business stakeholders
• Strong customer focus with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments

• Hands-on experience with SDK implementations
• Exposure to integration-heavy platforms and enterprise environments
