Roles and Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand business & technical needs.

Design scalable solutions across:

Service Desk (staffing, SLAs, tools)

NOC (monitoring, coverage models)

Data Center (compute, storage, virtualization, DR)

Enterprise Networks (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls)

Integrate AI & automation for cost optimization.

Lead technical workshops, demos, and solution presentations.

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.

Contribute to RFPs, solution documents, and architecture blueprints.

10+ years in IT infrastructure; 4+ years in presales/ solutioning.

Strong knowledge of VMware, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS/Azure.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

Certifications like ITIL, CCNP, VCP, AWS SA are a plus.
