Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Engineer Mechanical (EPC/Turnkey)/HVAC & MEP Solutions. Located in Amrawadi, this role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, share technical knowledge, and ensure client satisfaction. Timely market research and analysis to stay ahead in the competitive landscape will also be a crucial part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in New Business Development and Business Development to expand market reach and drive growth.
- Excellent Communication Skills to build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Sales expertise to manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure.
- Knowledge in HVAC, MEP, and EPC/Turnkey solutions; familiarity with best practices in the mechanical engineering domain.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
