We at Coforge are hiring a Technical Pre-Sales/Bid Manager with the following Skillset:
- Lead small-scale IT service engagements from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Draft, review, and finalize Statements of Work in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
- Ensure SOWs clearly define scope, responsibilities, milestones, and pricing.
- Maintain documentation for project governance and audits.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Track project budgets, expenses, and revenue forecasts.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and support client queries related to invoices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships to support repeat business and client satisfaction.
