We at Coforge are hiring a Technical Pre-Sales/Bid Manager with the following Skillset:


  • Lead small-scale IT service engagements from initiation to closure.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource plans.
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Draft, review, and finalize Statements of Work in collaboration with sales and delivery teams.
  • Ensure SOWs clearly define scope, responsibilities, milestones, and pricing.
  • Maintain documentation for project governance and audits.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Track project budgets, expenses, and revenue forecasts.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and support client queries related to invoices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships to support repeat business and client satisfaction.
