Job Description

Location: Mumbai, Onsite.


We are looking for presales candidate inprocess automationwho combines deep technical expertise in automation tools with strong business analysis and communication skills to effectively position solutions to clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Discovery: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs, challenges, and technical requirements. Plan and drive workshops with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to map "as-is" processes.
  • Solution Design & Proposal Creation:
  • Design "to-be" automated processes and architect solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition.
  • Develop technical proposals, including the Statement of Work (SOW), Bill of Materials (BOM), cost estimations, and the calculation of potential ROI/FTE benefits.
  • Manage and respond to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposals (RFP), and Requests for Quotation (RFQ).
  • Proof of Concepts (POCs): Scope, design, and deliver proof of concepts (POCs) and product trials to demonstrate the solution's feasibility and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from a closed sale to project delivery and to provide feedback on market needs.
  • Market & Product Expertise: Stay updated with emerging automation trends, technologies (RPA, AI/ML Gen AI, AI Agents, etc), and the competitive landscape to serve as a technical expert and thought leader.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A bachelors degree in engineering.
  • Experience:
  • 10 to 15 Years of Presales experience with minimum 5 years proven experience in a presale, technical consulting, or solutions engineering role in Process Automation Space.
