Technical Operations:

* Manage EV charging station installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

* Ensure maximum uptime and optimize charging infrastructure performance.

* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot electrical and network issues.

* Support integration with energy management systems and backend platforms.

Compliance & Safety:

* Ensure compliance with the Electricity Act, CEA regulations, state electrical norms, and CPCB guidelines.

* Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

* Enforce adherence to electrical safety protocols and SOPs.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

* Coordinate with DISCOMs, OEMs, EPC contractors, and service vendors.

* Manage contracts, negotiations, and SLAs.

* Ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.

Operational Excellence:

* Develop and implement work plans to improve service quality and efficiency.

* Monitor KPIs (uptime, response time, resolution metrics).

* Drive process standardisation, automation, and scalability.

Team & Training:

* Support training on technical operations, safety, and compliance.

* Guide field technicians and ensure adherence to standards.

* Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
