Primary Responsibilities:

Manage all documentation aspects of vendor empanelment and contract renewal in adherence to stated guidelines.

Circulate a complete and accurate master list of vendors to business users.

Update deactivation / watch listing on a real time basis to ensure no risk of users continuing business with errant vendors

Timely renewal of existing vendor contracts.

Ensure availability of approval from appropriate authority for vendor empanelment and fee structure. Ensured all vendor documents are available on DMS for future reference.

Maintain proper TAT for processing vendor files and coordinate with Secretarial team for vetting of agreements and with Finance and Operations for code opening on time to enable commencement of business.

Circulate vendor master on minimum monthly basis.

Ensure no issues in internal or external audits or inspections in vendor empanelment or contract renewal.

Regular follow up process for resolving any deficiency in empanelment or renewal requirements.

Maintained good interpersonal relationships with vendors / internal teams and demonstrate proactive behavior for resolving issues and conflicts

Required Competencies:

Technical Management, Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills, Process Improvement

Language - English, Regional Language and Hindi desirable 

Computer literate – Word / Excel / E-mail / Web based system
