Job Description:
We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead high-performing teams building and scaling for a Product based client , serving millions of global users. You will drive full-stack engineering delivery across web, mobile, and IoT middleware while ensuring reliability, security, and seamless connected-device experiences. This role requires strong leadership, cloud-native expertise, and the ability to partner closely with product, firmware, and infrastructure teams to shape the future of our smart access ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering teams delivering backend services and front-end applications.
- Drive product roadmaps, backlog grooming, and delivery excellence.
- Coach and develop senior engineers; foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
- Own SLOs, incidents, on-call processes, and post-mortems.
- Guide architectural decisions, CI/CD practices, and modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and represent core services in company-wide programs.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years leading teams.
- Strong experience with .NET, Java, QA, SRE, NOC, TypeScript, iOS/Android , RDBMS, and AWS .
- Background in cloud-native architectures: Docker, Kubernetes/EKS , event-driven and API-driven systems.
- Experience with DORA metrics, Jira, SDLC practices, and incident management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across teams.
