Technical Manager – Structural

Hiring: Technical Manager Structural (BIM / Revit)

Location: Bangalore, India

Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior Technical Manager Structural to join our global design delivery team in Bangalore, supporting large-scale Middle East infrastructure and super high-rise projects. This role requires a strong blend of structural engineering expertise, BIM leadership, and delivery ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM and Information Management for structural engineering packages
• Develop and implement MIDP, BEP, and EIR in line with ISO 19650 / PAS 1192
• Manage QA/QC, interoperability, model coordination, and structured data exchange
• Independently produce and review Revit structural models, GA drawings, sections, and detailed RC & steel drawings
• Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, BIM, and document control teams
• Assign, monitor, and prioritize tasks for BIM/CAD teams
• Enforce CAD/BIM standards and ensure compliance with project and client requirements
• Control technical quality, timelines, and cost of deliverables
• Mentor team members and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• 14+ years of experience in structural engineering and multi-disciplinary project delivery
• Strong hands-on expertise in Revit (Civil/Structural)
• Proven experience in BIM execution, information management, and digital workflows
• Solid knowledge of ISO 19650 / UK BIM standards
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring technical teams
