Job Description:

The Technical Manager cum Network Expert will be responsible for the overall management, design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT & Network Infrastructure of the project. The role requires strong technical expertise along with leadership capability to ensure smooth project execution, network reliability, and compliance with defined standards.

Note: CCNP Certificate must mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for IT and Network Infrastructure management of the project
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network architecture
• Oversee routing, switching, firewall, and security infrastructure
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of network systems
• Manage network operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with SLA, security policies, and project standards
• Lead technical teams and provide guidance during deployment and operations
• Review network designs, configurations, and documentation
• Handle escalations and provide expert-level technical resolution

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, STP)
• Experience with Firewall & Security solutions (Palo Alto / Cisco / Checkpoint / Fortinet)
• Knowledge of Data Center, WAN, LAN, and Enterprise Networks
• Network monitoring, performance optimization, and incident management
• Vendor coordination and technical documentation skills

Qualification & Certification

• BE / B.Tech (EC) or equivalent engineering qualification
• CCNP mandatory
• Higher certifications (CCIE / equivalent) will be an added advantage

Preferred Profile

• Experience in large-scale IT / Telecom / Infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and critical environments
