Job description:

15+ Years of Experience in Electrical Engineering; Master degree also considered. Semiconductor experience is preferred. Has strong analytical ability (university level); able to visualize, conceptualize, and solve problems Has the capability to lead conceptual, innovative design; from starting phase Experience in creating Electrical Schematics, and able to trouble shoot. Electrical Component sizing and selections Prior experience in Electrical Load Calculations, Heat loss calculation, bus bar calculation, Cable lengths and size Calculation, Cable Schedule & Panel cable interfacing. Cable drawings, Panel design, Power distribution design and detail design experience. BOM updating. Cable Harnessing & Cable Routing and Documentation. Knowledge on general Electrical International standards like IEC, NEC, etc. Is independent thinking, able to act as a sparring partner, and lead a team Should be able to guide the team and take complete ownership for all the deliverables. Hand on Experience in AutoCAD Electrical (must) & added advantage with EPLAN (EPLAN Electric P8, EPLAN Pro Panel, EPLAN Harness Pro D) Handon experience in SAP (preferred), or any ERP tool. Basic understanding of power and analog circuit such as DC-DC converter, amplifier, rectifier, ADC/DACs

• To manage the customer delivery or expectations and the technical team.
• To design and develop solution for product or project and sustenance delivery.
• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
• To guide and mentor a team of developers for succesful delivery of project.
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
