Technical Manager - Dotnet

This role is responsible for:

• Lead the support projects aligned with the agreed SLA and adhere to the agreed process.

• Lead technical projects from conception to deployment

• Oversee technical team and provide guidance and support

• Ensure timely and successful delivery of technical solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, sales, and operations.

• Manage project timelines and budgets.

• Identify and mitigate technical risks.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies.

• Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical support/IT staff.

• Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in

• Report progress, including any changes made to plans and production.

• Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements.

• Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects.

• Solid working knowledge in all required software and programming languages.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and under your own initiative.

• Knowledge of process improvement and validation.

• Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to your industry

• The ability to investigate and identify trends

• Utilizing excellent software engineering methodologies and UML practices.

• Using excellent development to design and implement complex windows desktop

applications, web application, API, Microservices and other software, utilizing Client’s

approved programming languages, including, but not limited to, Visual Basic, .NET, MS

Transactional SQL, Angular, React Js, Node Js.

• Aiding in development of software design processes and procedures for embedded and

PC systems used in the manufacturing and support of medical devices.

• supporting the development of work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines.

• Assisting in the development and ensure adherence to Company standards and

methodologies.

• Collaborating cross-functionally to make effective business decisions.

• Meeting timelines to drive the delivery of appropriate, sustainable, and prompt solutions.

• Providing L2 and L3 support for one or more applications by diagnosing,

troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to minimize system issues.

Technical skills required include:

• Having 14+ years of Experience in Application development with Microsoft technologies

(.NET), Visual Basic and experience in MVC architecture and entity framework, web

API.

• Having 10+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other DBs

• Comfortable managing databases using SSMS.

• Development experience with SQL language.

• Connectivity and extracts with Oracle databases.

• Knowledge of Oracle TNS (Transparent Network Substrate).

• Having 5+ years of experience in designing the architecture of an application.

• Having 4+ years of experience in managing the Team.

• Experience in working with Power Bi, Power Apps & Sharepoint.

• Experience in working with version control tools like TFS, SVN etc.

• Experience in working with Devops tool to implement continuous integration and

Continuous deployment pipelines.

• Experience in working with the manufacturing sector and supporting their application.

• Strong verbal, written, persuasive and interpersonal skills.
