Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Full Stack Development, Gen AI, MLOps, DevOps, and Cloud (Azure). The ideal candidate will design scalable applications, build AI-powered solutions, lead engineering initiatives, and drive end-to-end product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python, React.js, .NET, and SQL
- Build and deploy Gen AI solutions leveraging LLMs, AI/ML pipelines, and intelligent automation
- Implement MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and governance
- Develop cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure
- Implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring
- Lead architecture decisions and ensure high performance, security, and scalability
- Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
- Drive best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and system design
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1318 years in software engineering / full stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, React.js, .NET, SQL
- Proven experience in Gen AI / AI / ML solutions (LLMs, NLP, RAG, etc.)
- Strong MLOps experience (model lifecycle, deployment, monitoring)
- Experience in Azure cloud services (Azure ML, App Services, Functions, Kubernetes, Storage)
- Strong DevOps expertise (CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
- Experience building enterprise-scale, high-performance applications
- Strong knowledge of system architecture, microservices, APIs, and databases
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
Good to Have:
- Experience with Agentic AI / Autonomous AI systems
- Experience in microservices and event-driven architecture
- Experience in enterprise digital transformation or large-scale platforms
- Prior experience in leading technical teams or architecture reviews
