Job Description:

- Learner Advocacy & Stakeholder Management: Advocate for learners while balancing stakeholder needs and aligning with business strategies.

- Content Strategy & Development: Oversee the creation and management of high-quality, relevant learning content.

- Quality Assurance & Learning Analysis: Ensure content quality and use feedback to improve learning solutions.

- Backlog Alignment & Continuous Improvement: Align the team’s backlog with stakeholder needs and drive continuous improvement.

- Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Provide strong leadership and strategic thinking focused on customer satisfaction.
