Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Leader to spearhead the design and development of robust test automation frameworks. This role requires deep expertise in objectoriented design and cloud technologies, combined with strong knowledge of operating systems and an automotive background.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design and development of scalable test automation frameworks.
• Apply OOPs, OOAD, and SOLID principles to ensure maintainable, extensible solutions.
• Mentor engineers and promote best practices in automation and software design.
• Utilize AWS/Azure cloud services for distributed testing, reporting, and resource management.
• Align testing solutions with automotive industry standards and protocols.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python, PyTest, Mock and automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of objectoriented design principles and OS concepts (processes, memory, multithreading) for Linux and Windows.
• Experience in the automotive domain (ECU testing, embedded systems, industry standards).
• Handson expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Process oriented and followed / aware of ASPICE.
• Strong leadership, problemsolving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub CI) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Experience leading technical teams in automation or software development.
