Technical Leader- Full Stack (Angular+Node)

Job Purpose :

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead (6+ years full-stack experience) to lead and mentor a small team of developers while contributing actively to product development. As a Tech Lead, you will own technical decisions, ensure best practices, and guide the team in delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable solutions for our AI driven voice platform.

Who you are :

• Lead a small team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Work hands-on across the full stack : backend (Node.js/TypeScript), frontend (Angular), and databases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement scalable APIs, microservices, and real-time communication features .
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security across applications.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, system design, and technology roadmaps .
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, testing, and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring alignment and smooth delivery.
• Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Prior experience in product-based startups or SaaS companies .
• Exposure to AI/Voice/Real-time communication platforms .
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience in team leadership, sprint planning, and Agile delivery .
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, monitoring, and scalability optimization .
• Vibe Coding experience is highly preferred.
