Area(s) of responsibility

Manage and configure the MECM environment.
Implement software distribution and updates via MECM.
Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the MECM environment.
Perform system updates and patches to ensure security and performance.
Document processes, configurations, and changes in the MECM environment.
Collaborate with other IT teams to achieve integrations and implement improvements.
Advise on best practices and new technologies in the field of endpoint management.
