MuleSoft Platform Admin
Responsibilities:
� Minimum of 5-7 years of administration or operations experience in the Mule area.
� Responsible for planning, design, installation, development, and ongoing maintenance of MuleSoft software.
� Including patching and/or application of hotfixes required to maintain stability of the platform; system restarts and re-boots; security certificate management; support upgrades across environments.
� Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance tasks such as: Performance monitoring and tuning; environment monitoring; Managing API assets: infrastructure, platform, accounts, logs, ESB components; Check server health; check automated log rotations and archiving status;
� Track and prepare the report of Platform Usage.
� Coordinate with business user, functional team, developers and other stake holders during E2E, System Integration Testing (SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
� Creates and maintains system and procedural documentation.
� Work with Developers to triage production bugs Manage a queue of cases and work with users and other support teams to troubleshoot production issues.
� strong experience with Jenkins scripts for deployment automation
� Strong understanding and experience with security implementations (e.g., SSL/mutual SSL, SAML, oAuth)
