Technical Lead

Were looking for a Technical Lead who is excited to build from the ground up someone who brings together deep technical expertise, a strong product mindset, leadership maturity, and the confidence to work directly with clients.

As a Technical Lead / Founding Engineer, you will own the end-to-end technical execution of projects from client discovery to product delivery. You will work across our core tech stack (Node.js / Python / Java), leverage modern AI platforms where relevant, and interface with no-code / low-code tools to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.

Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction & Requirements Gathering
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand business goals, shape technical requirements, and translate them into clear execution plans.
• Technical Leadership & Execution
• Design and architect scalable, maintainable systems aligned with business outcomes. Lead through hands-on contribution and technical ownership.
• AI-enabled Delivery
• Leverage AI platforms (such as GenAI tools, AI APIs, and intelligent automation solutions) to improve development efficiency, accelerate prototyping, and enhance solution capabilities.
• Project Management
• Define timelines, structure execution plans, allocate responsibilities, and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Development & Integration
• Build clean, scalable solutions in Node.js, Python, or Java. Where relevant, use no-code / low-code platforms to accelerate MVP development.
• Documentation
• Develop and maintain strong technical documentation including architecture designs, implementation frameworks, and system workflows.
• Code Quality & Best Practices
• Drive engineering standards through structured code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Tech Debt Management
• Proactively identify and manage technical debt while balancing speed and long-term system health.
• Research & Innovation
• Explore emerging technologies, including AI-led development capabilities, and build PoCs to enable rapid innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Proficiency in Node.js / Python / Java
• Experience leveraging AI platforms (GenAI tools, AI APIs, automation agents, or AI-assisted development tools)
• Experience working alongside no-code / low-code platforms (Bubble, Webflow, FlutterFlow is a plus)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven success in client-facing environments
• Startup / early-stage experience preferred
• Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and scalable system design
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
