Job Description: Test Lead (8–10 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Test Lead to oversee the end-to-end testing lifecycle for a complex enterprise integration project involving Salesforce, SYSPRO, Expresso, and Workfront. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional, integration, and API testing, with proven leadership in managing test teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the test strategy, test plan, and test cases for all integration points and custom modules.
• Lead a team of testers, assigning tasks, reviewing test cases, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Coordinate with development, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Oversee functional, regression, API, and end-to-end integration testing.
• Ensure test data management, environment readiness, and defect triaging.
• Drive automation strategy where applicable.
• Report test metrics, risks, and progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in enterprise application testing (Salesforce, ERP, middleware).
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI).
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., SYSPRO).
• Familiarity with XML, JSON, and data transformation logic.
