Role Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Technical Lead to drive the technical design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions. In this role, youll lead development teams, ensure best practices, and deliver scalable solutions across portfolio, program, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor development teams on ServiceNow SPM implementations
Enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical governance
Solution Design & Development
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
Configure and customize SPM modules: Demand, Project, Resource, Financial Planning, Agile
Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
Implementation & Delivery
Oversee end-to-end delivery: design, development, testing, and deployment
Optimize platform performance and resolve complex technical issues
Stakeholder Collaboration
Conduct technical workshops and guide business/functional teams
Support project planning, estimation, and resource allocation
Documentation & Training
Create technical documentation and architecture diagrams
Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of ServiceNow experience, with 34 years in SPM/ITBM
Strong JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs
Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile methodologies, and portfolio governance
Certifications: CSA, CIS-ITBM/SPM, CAD (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating SPM with ITSM and CMDB
Exposure to pre-sales or solution consulting
