Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow Integration and ServiceNow Discovery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring the successful implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirementsOversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flowProvide technical expertise in ServiceNow Discovery to identify and manage IT assetsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow projectsDevelop and maintain technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations and customizationsEnsure the performance scalability and reliability of ServiceNow applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementationsConduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standardsMentor and guide junior team members in ServiceNow development and administrationStay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to drive continuous improvementParticipate in project planning and provide technical input to project timelines and deliverablesCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concernsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures in all technical activities
Qualifications
Possess strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM ServiceNow Integration and ServiceNow DiscoveryDemonstrate proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShellHave a solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practicesShow excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureExhibit strong communication and interpersonal skillsHave experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
Certifications Required
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ITIL Foundation Certification
