Job Summary
We are seeking a React JS Technical Lead who is highly skilled in hands-on frontend development and capable of leading a team of engineers. The candidate will own technical design, write high-quality code, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with product, backend, and QA teams.
Key Responsibilities
Technical (Hands-on Coding)
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable React applications
- Write clean, reusable, high-performance code using React, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
- Strong expertise with React Hooks, Context API, useRef, useMemo, useCallback
- Implement state management using Redux / Redux Toolkit
- Integrate REST APIs and manage async workflows
- Ensure performance optimization, security, and accessibility best practices
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Troubleshoot complex UI and production issues
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers
- Guide junior and mid-level engineers
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend, and QA
- Take ownership of technical architecture decisions
- Ensure timely delivery with high code quality
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Next.js or Server-Side Rendering
- Exposure to Micro-Frontend Architecture
- Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience in large-scale enterprise applications
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
