Role Summary

We are seeking a technically strong and people-oriented leader to take ownership of one or more modules in

our enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will bridge hands-on technical expertise with leadership

capabilityguiding a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and contributing to architectural

decisions.

The Module Lead will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of assigned modulesdesign, development,

integration, testing, deployment, and maintenanceensuring adherence to best practices in software

engineering, database optimization, and full-stack development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

Owns assigned modules and ensures their successful delivery within timelines.

Tracks end-to-end lifecycle of assigned software packet

Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

Collaborate with architects and product owners for requirement analysis and design discussions.

2. Development & Implementation

Develop backend components using .NET Core / .NET 8 (or equivalent frameworks).

Build and maintain responsive, modular frontends using Angular/HTML5/JavaScript.

Optimize database design and queries (SQL Server / PostgreSQL) for performance and scalability.

Integrate APIs, ensure security compliance, and manage deployments with CI/CD pipelines.

3. Collaboration & Coordination

Coordinate daily activities of the team

Work closely with QA, DevOps, and business teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Support production releases, incident resolution, and post-deployment monitoring.

4. Quality & Documentation

Maintain high-quality documentation for modules and technical designs.

Ensure code quality, reusability, and test coverage.

Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills

1. Technical Skills

Strong experience with .NET Core / .NET 8, C#, Entity Framework, and REST APIs.

Familiarity with SCM like Git or SVN

Hands-on experience with Angular or React for frontend development.

Expertise in SQL Server or PostgreSQL, including stored procedures, indexing, and query tuning.

Familiarity with IIS / Nginx, Docker, and CI/CD practices.

Understanding of OOPS, SOLID principles, and layered/microservice architectures.

2. Soft Skills

Proven ability to lead a team and deliver projects independently.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Self-motivated and proactive in driving module success.

Education

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
