Technical Lead- OneStream -Global advisory firm

OneStream Technical Lead | Bangalore

We are looking for a OneStream Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and support of enterprise-grade OneStream XF solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on technical expertise and experience leading financial consolidation, planning, and reporting implementations.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-12 years (minimum 3+ years hands-on with OneStream )

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Develop and maintain OneStream business rules, dashboards, cube views, and workflow automation
• Implement and configure OneStream XF Marketplace solutions
• Design and optimize data integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and data warehouses
• Manage connectors, data sources, and transformation rules
• Ensure strong data validation, reconciliation, and audit controls
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues; resolve performance bottlenecks
• Mentor junior developers and functional consultants
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Maintain technical documentation, best practices, and SOPs

Preferred Qualifications

• OneStream Certification (OCP / OCA ) good to have
• Prior experience with Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase) or SAP BPC
• Exposure to cloud-based OneStream implementations

Required Skills

• Strong technical and analytical skills in OneStream XF
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead a technical team in an Agile environment
• Strong documentation and training capabilities
