Technical Lead - Node

Role Requirements:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express/NestJS.
• Design and implement microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, modularity, and fault tolerance.
• Work extensively with MongoDB for schema design, data modeling, indexing, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
• Integrate microservices with internal/external systems using REST, message queues, or event-driven patterns.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC).
• Ensure high performance of applications through caching, optimized queries, and nonblocking architecture.
• Write reusable, maintainable, and testable code following best coding practices and design patterns.
• Debug and resolve backend issues, ensuring smooth production operations.
• Implement unit, integration, and API tests using modern testing frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decisionmaking.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate builds, deployments, and monitoring (CI/CD).
• Work closely with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver highquality features in Agile/Scrum cycles.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express/NestJS.
• Handson experience with Microservices architecture.
• Deep understanding of MongoDB (Mongoose/Native driver).
• Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and eventdriven architectures.
• Good knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiarity with Git, testing frameworks (Jest/Mocha), and logging/monitoring tools.
