TCS Bengaluru/Indore/Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Noida hiring for Technical Lead and Technical Architect !!!!!

Role: Technical Lead and Technical Architect

Experience required: 8 to 15 years

Location:- Bengaluru/Indore/Pune/Mumbai/Chennai/Noida

Required Technical Skillset:-

1. Deep Expertise in cloud-native architecture and DevOps Practices
2. Experience in Java Application Design and architecture along with modern technologies like Apache Kafka, Container orchestration and microservices architecture.
3. Experience in Designing, developing and maintaining banking and financial applications.
4. AWS/AZURE Exposure
5. Experience using and developing RESTful APIs using JAX-RS, JSON

Must Have:-

1. Knowledge of above-mentioned Technologies
2. Willing to learn and pilot innovations independently with minimal hand holding
3. Define and maintain architecture standards and best practices
4. Proficiency with Apache Kafka, Deep understanding of DevOps practices and tools along with hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration
5. Strong knowledge of cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud native services
6. Good analytical abilities
7. Good Communication skills
8. Awesome team management skills

Role Description:-

1. Knowledge of either of the core Domains (i.e. Banking and/ or payments) would be an added advantage
2. Prior exposure to Customer-facing roles or Prospect interactions is MUST
3. Identifies critical risks and classify their based criticality and work towards the mitigation plan
4. Identification of back up plans to mitigate or reduce or eliminate risks or reoccurrence.
5. Mentor and guide engineering teams on architectural decisions and implementation strategies
6. Conducts architecture reviews, code reviews and risk assessments
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
8. Coordinates onsite and offshore teams to keep track of deliveries.
9. Provide review on critical dependencies on the program (both functional and technical)
10. Monitor the gaps and make the right escalation to stakeholders.
