Technical Lead – MERN Stack

Principal Engineer MERN Stack (8+ Years)

Location: Hyderabad | Type: Full-time

Summary :

Looking for a strong Principal Engineer with deep MERN Stack expertise to build scalable systems, and mentor teams. Python experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design & development of complex MERN applications.
• Own architecture for microservices, APIs, DB schemas, caching & messaging.
• Hands-on coding: Node.js, React.js, REST/GraphQL APIs.
• Drive best practices: code reviews, security, performance optimization.
• Mentor developers; collaborate with Product, Design, QA & DevOps.
• Own production issues, RCA, and ensure high-quality releases.

Required Skills:

• MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
• Strong in microservices, async programming, system design.
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ/Redis Streams.
• Authentication/Authorization: JWT, OAuth2, SSO.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git; AWS/GCP/Azure exposure.

Good to Have:

• Python (Flask/FastAPI/Django), scripting & automation.
• Experience in data pipelines or ML workflows.

Other Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
