Technical Lead

Role Description

Were looking for a seasoned Technical Leader to guide our engineering team, drive architectural decisions, and help us scale mission-critical digital products. This role blends hands-on development with technical mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications
• Set technical direction and ensure alignment with product goals and business objectives
• Own the architecture design systems that are secure, maintainable, and built for scale
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions
• Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices across the team
• Mentor junior engineers and support their growth with regular feedback and guidance
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and processes to improve team productivity
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize performance, security, and reliability
• Lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• 8+ years of experience in software development (full stack preferred)
• Proven experience designing and scaling complex systems
• Strong command of modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node, Python)
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
• Solid understanding of system architecture, microservices, and APIs
• Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL) and performance optimization skills
• Experience leading a team or playing a key mentorship role
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• DevOps or CI/CD pipeline experience
