Technical Lead

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who will own architecture, solutioning, and technical delivery, while leading high-performing engineering teams and building scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade software solutions.

Experience Required

7+ years of overall IT experience in software development and delivery

3+ years in a lead or mentorship role

Architecture, Solutioning & Technical Strategy

Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical design

Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performing systems

Translate business problems into robust technical solutions

Work with Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Django

Design and deploy solutions on AWS & Kubernetes

Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Ensure systems meet performance, security, reliability, and scalability standards

Lead technical decision-making and technology selection

Solve complex technical challenges hands-on

Drive adoption of modern tools and engineering best practices

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture

Remove technical blockers and ensure timely delivery

Conduct regular 1:1s for coaching and career development

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Design, and Business teams

Align technical solutions with business goals

Clearly communicate risks, progress, and technical trade-offs to leadership

Delivery Ownership

Own end-to-end technical delivery

Track timelines, manage resources, and course-correct when needed

Lead code reviews and post-launch support
