Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 9 years of experience in J2EE Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and will be responsible for leading technical projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency. This role does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex applications using J2EE Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java.Oversee the technical aspects of projects ensuring that best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements timelines and deliverables.Ensure that all technical solutions are scalable maintainable and meet the business requirements.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth project execution.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies incorporating them into the development process where applicable.Develop and maintain technical documentation ensuring that all project information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.Participate in agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.Ensure compliance with company policies and standards maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
Qualifications
Must have extensive experience in J2EE Spring Boot Microservices and Core Java.Should have a strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Should have experience in leading technical projects and mentoring junior developers.Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Nice to have experience with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.Should have a strong understanding of design patterns and best practices in software development.Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Should have experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Must be able to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
