About the Role- Were looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack Development who can architect, build, and scale modern web applications while leading teams and owning technical outcomes end to end. This is a hands-on leadership roleyoull drive backend and frontend architecture, guide engineering best practices, mentor developers, and work closely with product, DevOps, and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture

Own end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications across backend, frontend, and infrastructure layers.

Make key technical decisions around scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Review code, enforce best practices, and raise overall engineering standards. Back-End Development

Design and develop high-performance, scalable APIs using Node.js / Python.

Build secure, reliable services for high-throughput, customer-facing applications.

Ensure clean, testable, and maintainable code following modern software design principles. Front-End Development

Lead development of responsive, high-quality UIs using ReactJS / AngularJS.

Collaborate with product and UX teams to deliver intuitive and performant user experiences.

Ensure frontend performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Requirement Gathering & Execution

Partner with Product, Business, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Break down complex problems into executable plans and guide teams through delivery. Team Leadership & Collaboration

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.

Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Ensure alignment across teams and clear communication of goals and priorities. Compliance, Risk & Reliability

Ensure systems adhere to security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Build resilient systems with strong monitoring, logging, and failure-handling mechanisms. Documentation & Process

Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and development standards.

Contribute to improving engineering processes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.

Knowledge & Skill-set Required Core Experience

78+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong production exposure

Proven experience in Tech Lead / Senior Engineer roles Back-End Expertise

Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (and/or Python)

Expertise in designing REST APIs and scalable backend systems

Solid understanding of OOP, functional design, and system design principles Front-End Expertise Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, and responsive design

Hands-on experience with ReactJS (preferred) or AngularJS

Experience building enterprise-grade, performance-optimized UIs Production & DevOps Awareness

Experience deploying and managing production systems

Understanding of scalability, caching, queues, and performance tuning

Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and cloud environments Databases & Messaging

Strong experience with MongoDB and MySQL

Working knowledge of RabbitMQ, Redis Bonus / Good-to-Have

Exposure to PHP or .NET

Experience with CPaaS, messaging platforms, or high-throughput systems
