Technical Lead

Job description:

Engineer should have 4 to 6 years of experience in Automotive domain knowledge in Systems engineering. Minimum 3 years experience in Analog & power electronics systems Hands on experience in Analog circuit design and analysis Hands on experience in on-board high wattage power supply design and analysis Hands on experience in board bring up and testing Knowledge on EMI/EMC compliant design Knowledge on microcontroller, digital circuit design, serial interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART etc. Hands on experience in trouble shooting electronic circuits Experience in spice simulations Experience in preparing layout guidelines Hands on experience schematic entry, BOM generation and optimization Experience in understanding schematics Hands on experience in preparing documents like HDD, test plan, test report etc. Hands on experience in using equipment s like DSO, signal generator, thermal imager, data logger Experience in thermal and reliability testing Hands on experience in system level testing and validation of electronic products Experience in deriving test plans/specifications from CRS/requirements and preparing test reports Experience in verification and validation of electronic products against CRS. Experience in vendor/supplier interaction Experience in identifying the root cause

• To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions
• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
• TO ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview.
• To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
