Role Summary

We are looking for a Hands-on Technical Lead with strong system design capability and deep engineering expertise. This is a coding-first leadership role you will design, build, review, optimize, and scale production-grade systems while mentoring a team of engineers.

This is not a coordination role. We are looking for someone who actively codes, reviews architecture, and solves complex technical problems.

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable, high-performance system architectures

Write clean, production-ready code (3050% hands-on contribution)

Lead backend architecture, API design, and integration frameworks

Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines

Drive DevOps, containerization, and cloud deployment strategies

Optimize performance, reliability, and security of applications

Troubleshoot complex production issues

Mentor and guide developers on system design and coding standards

Technical Requirements

Core Engineering Expertise (Mandatory)

812 years of software development experience

Strong expertise in any one primary stack:

Python (FastAPI/Django)

Java (Spring Boot)

.NET Core

Strong understanding of:

Microservices architecture

RESTful APIs & API Gateway patterns

Distributed systems fundamentals

Database design (PostgreSQL / MySQL)

Cloud & DevOps (Mandatory)

Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP

Docker & container orchestration (Kubernetes preferred)

CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab / Jenkins)

aEngineering Practices

Strong system design capability

Experience with high-availability and scalable systems

Knowledge of design patterns and clean architecture

Experience with test-driven development

Strong debugging and performance tuning skills
