Job Title: Technical Lead - FullStack (DotNet Core and Angular)

Experience: 8+ years

Summary Description:

A FullStack Technical Lead is responsible for designing and overseeing the development of web applications using Angular for the frontend and .NET Core for the backend. The role involves creating scalable and maintainable architecture, ensuring seamless integration between the frontend and backend, and guiding development teams in best practices, coding standards, and technical decision-making. The architect collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements, optimizes application performance, and ensures the security and scalability of the solution. Strong expertise in both Angular and .NET Core frameworks, along with leadership and project management skills, is essential.

Technical Skills:

• Deep understanding of Angular 8+, including modules, components, services, directives, routing, and forms.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5 for structuring web pages and CSS3 for styling.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core for building high-performance, scalable web applications and APIs.
• Expertise in C# for writing backend logic and integrating with databases, APIs, and services.
• Understanding and experience in building microservices-based applications with .NET Core.
• Strong skills in relational databases, writing complex queries, and database design.
• Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions to automate testing, builds, and deployments.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for deploying applications.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to guide and support development teams, providing technical direction and helping junior developers grow.
• Analyzing complex issues, understanding the root causes, and developing effective solutions.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.
• Understanding the business goals and requirements, ensuring the technical architecture aligns with them.

Qualifications:

• BE/BSc or Equivalent
• Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
