Technical Lead – Full Stack (Python, AI-Enabled Platforms)

iNube is looking for a Full-Stack Technical Leadto own the architecture, code quality, and deliveryof modern enterprise applications built on a Python stack.

The role involves leading frontend + backend development, mentoring engineers, enforcing best practices, and integrating AI-enabled workflows (LLMs, automation services) where required.

Deep AI expertise is not mandatory, strong engineering fundamentals and leadership are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end system architecture (frontend, backend, APIs, data layers)
• Lead backend development using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
• Guide frontend development using React / Angular or similar
• Design scalable REST APIs, data models, and workflow-driven systems
• Ensure performance, security, and maintainability
• Support integration of AI/LLM services into production platforms
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, releases, and deployments
• Mentor engineers and strengthen engineering standards

Required Skills:

Backend

• Strong Python expertise
• REST API development & backend architecture
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL / MySQL / SQL Server / MongoDB

Frontend

• React / Angular (or similar frameworks)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Engineering

• System design and clean architecture principles
• Code review and best practices
• Logging, monitoring, and production debugging
• Authentication & authorization concepts

Nice to Have:

• Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Docker & CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations
• Experience in insurance or workflow-heavy enterprise systems
