Role/Title: 4C / Senior Salesforce Engineer

Primary Skills/Expertise: Extensive experience with Force.com, Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Flows, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, REST APIs, Service Integration, Salesforce Administration, Salesforce DevOps, Git, and VS Code. Requires 4-6+ years of Salesforce experience.

Preferred Skills/Expertise: Proficiency in Core and Omni Studio.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Mastery of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce declarative customization, including custom objects, validation rules, organization-wide default settings, profiles, roles, approval processes, permission sets, flows, and process builders.
• Advanced skills in Apex, LWC, Lightning Components, Aura, Flows for Industries (DPA), REST API, SOQL, Salesforce Platform events, and Change Data Capture (CDC).
• Proven experience in developing customer-facing web interfaces using Experience Cloud, with strong understanding of HTML/XHTML, XML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Expertise in Force.com Sites, Salesforce Shield, security protocols, CORS, Connected Apps, Single Sign-On (SSO), and authentication protocols.
• Thorough knowledge of Salesforce coding best practices and certification as a Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer 1).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with diverse skill levels.
