The team

The Digital Excellence Centre is responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India that focuses on providing extraordinary customer experience by putting design thinking with trailblazing technology in the center of what they do. The diverse team consists of subject matter experts, technology specialists, quality engineers, user experience researchers & designers, data scientists and product managers.


Your work profile

We are seeking a highly professional, team-oriented, and technically proficient Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a collaborative mindset, and a deep understanding of technical project delivery in dynamic environments.


Key responsibilities of person

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication and mutual respect.
  • Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using industry best practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables, working closely with engineering, QA, and product teams.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure high standards of quality and technical excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project communications, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project processes, tools, and team performance.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.


Skills required

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in a professional environment.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including client-facing experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
